About HKRA

Hawaii Keiki Rodeo Association (HKRA) is a 501 (c)(3) organization created to provide rodeo activities for youth 18 and under on Hawai'i Island also known as the Big Island. What started off as friends talking about a greater need for youth rodeo events, slowly turned into Keiki fun days, and eventually evolved into 100-plus participant events, thus creating our official launch. HKRA prides itself on providing opportunities for youth of all skill levels to enhance their knowledge and development, meet and engage with others of similar interests, build stronger connections to our rich Paniolo Heritage, along with showcasing their talents, and perpetuating it all through the sport of Rodeo.
